At MindLink, we believe that professional psychological support should be flexible and within reach for everyone.
We offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults, as well as community-based mental health promotion and outreach.
We’re a small charity with a big heart and a clear mission: to offer high-quality, inclusive, culturally attuned therapy to people from all walks of life, especially those who face barriers because of language or culture.
Our volunteers are trained counsellors or trainee counsellors working under professional supervision. We provide support in English, Polish, and, when possible, other languages spoken within our team. By combining recognised psychological therapy approaches with cultural understanding, we work alongside you to shape therapy that reflects your preferences, values, and needs.
Advance health by offering professional counselling and mental health promotion that recognises the impact of culture, identity, and systemic factors on well-being.
Reduce inequalities by making mental health support more accessible to those who face barriers, strengthening both individuals and their communities.
There are different ways to support MindLink.
Your donation helps us provide free or low-cost counselling, workshops, and mental health promotion for people facing barriers to support. We manage our funds very carefully, apply for available funding, and use every nonprofit benefit we can. We do our best, but we still need your help with our ongoing costs like clinical supervision, materials and venue. Thank you in advance for your support.
Alongside donating, there may be opportunities to contribute your time or skills to our work. If you’re interested, please get in touch - we’d be happy to have a conversation about how you might be able to help.
